1. The Challenge
Nancy Capone of Norwood, Ma owns a beautiful home that has been passed down by her late father. She had noticed that there was stains on the ceiling in a couple of different places around the home. To address the issues with her home she called the experts for help.

3. The Meeting
Mike Pothier, Roof System Specialist, of O’LYN Roofing came out for further examination. Upon his inspection he found curling of existing shingles and an area of extremely low pitch in the back of the home. These were the immediate areas of concern. He also found the shingles were a 3-tab shingle that were beginning to crack. The gutters were even filled with pieces of shingle. This turned out to be the same area that stained the inside of the home.
4. The Solution
After Mike Pothier completed a thorough inspection of the home he came up with the best solution. An EPDM was put on the rear low sloped area to utilize Owens Corning Duration Shingles. The 4,000 square foot roof needed a rubber sealing throughout.
