1. The Challenge
Homeowners, Chris and Debbie Ende of Westwood, Ma, had preciously bought a new home. They immediately started looking for a roof evaluation as well as possibly new gutters. In addition to those, they had concerns about the soffit vents, the chimney’s condition, and carpenter bees that seemed to be entering the attic area through the soffit vents. The Ende’s were confident they could bring in one company to address all their concerns so they called O’LYN.

3. The Meeting
Jason Arruda, Roof System Specialist, had entered the property for a full diagnosis of their roof. He met with the homeowners to discuss what he had found and show them solid evidence with photos he has collected.
4. The Solution
After Jason met with the Ende’s they determined and agreed with the best solution for their home. The procedure would include 5” gutter removal & upgrade to 6” with freeze blocks, addressing soffit venting replacement, painting chimneys (Modak) and Ridge Venting.
