He genuinely enjoys helping candidates find the right opportunity and supporting team members in their growth. Daren says he was drawn to work for O’LYN because of the company’s commitment to excellence and values teamwork and trust.

Daren likes the outdoors. His favorite ways to unwind are fishing, hiking, hunting, and a great round of golf. To recharge, he loves having fun with his family! On the weekends you can find this former music teacher playing his bass at local gigs with his bandmates.
