Tucker Olen from O’LYN Roofing

Title: Director of Brand Development
Hometown: Mansfield, MA

Tucker joined O’LYN in 2016 and began working on the company’s social media and website. In high school, he started a season landscaping business which, at its peak, employed eight of his classmates. In recent years, Tucker has worked as a Marketing Admin for a real estate development company and was a summer intern at Vista Print, where he was mentored by the VP of Digital Products. His work at O’LYN exposed him to TV creatives, print mail, email marketing, pay-per-click, and aerial drone photography. He is looking forward to graduating from Clark University with an MBA in May 2023.

Tucker loves watching the construction process, particularly seeing a home transformed by a new roof with architectural style. He also enjoys finding new ways to engage with homeowners and the opportunities new technology can bring.

Outside of work, Tucker enjoys skiing, hiking, working out, and chilling with the family husky. Anytime there’s a beautiful day he’s tempted to take a joy ride with the windows and sunroof open
