Ned Rimer had no particular issues prior to contacting O’LYN Roofing other than knowing his shingles were getting old. In reality, Ned’s shingles were reaching the end of their lifespan with about 3-5 years left on them, which would soon render them useless in protecting his home. Superior service and materials. Michael St.Pierre was knowledgable, courteous and very easy to work with. My entire experience with O’Lyn was excellent. Mike St.Pierre was my primary contact, from providing an initial quote, to helping immensely with my insurance company (storm damage to roof), to getting me a settlement in excess of my expectations, to coordinating the the effort from start to finish. He communicated frequently, was honest, accurate, assuring and delivered what he said he would.
