Customer Service Representative

O’LYN Contractors, Inc. is currently hiring a Customer Service Associate. We are looking for a candidate to start as soon as possible and will train the right person. The person we are looking for will enjoy dealing with people on a daily basis.


  • Maintain a professional and friendly phone manner while managing heavy volume of inbound and outbound calls
  • Generate sales leads
  • Identify and assess customers’ need to achieve satisfaction
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
  • Capable of recording customer information in a timely and accurate manner
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
  • Take on special projects when asked
  • Go the extra mile to engage customers


  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
  • Excellent computer knowledge in Word, Excel and working with CRM systems
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of callers
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, manage time effectively and have a strong attention to detail
  • High School degree

Job Type: Full-Time

Salary: $15.00-$18.00/hour
