CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

Are you friendly, teachable, and have a strong work ethic? Do you have a pleasant phone voice? If so, a renowned family-owned roofing company in Norwood is looking for you. We are hiring full-time or part-time Call Center Customer Service Representatives who will be a great fit with our team and can work flexible hours between 11:30 am – 8:00 pm weekdays, and 8:00 am – 4:00 pm weekends. Responsibilities

• Maintain a professional and friendly phone manner while managing a heavy volume of inbound and outbound calls
• Process new sales leads and set up customer appointments
• Capable of recording customer information in a timely and accurate manner
• Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
• Data entry & reporting when needed
• Take on special projects when asked
• Go the extra mile to engage customers

What Makes A Good Candidate?

• 2 years of customer service experience
• Able to work during:
  • Day Shifts
  • Evening Shifts
  • Morning Shifts
  • Rotating Shifts
  • In-person, office setting

Other considerations:

• Call center customer service
• Home improvement industry experience is a plus
• English fluency
• Reliable transportation to get to Norwood, Massachusetts
• Ability to pass a background check
