Linda and Michael Olen host O’LYN Roofing Company Retreat

O’LYN Roofing hosted their 3rd Annual Company Retreat at Old Colonial Café in downtown Norwood on Tuesday, February 9. In attendance were the entire sales team, production team, and office staff. The event was headed by Michael Olen, founder of O’LYN Roofing, and Linda Olen, president of the company.

Norwood, MA— O’LYN Roofing hosted their 3rd Annual Company Retreat at Old Colonial Café in downtown Norwood on Tuesday, February 9. In attendance were the entire sales team, production team, and office staff. The event was headed by Michael Olen, founder of O’LYN Roofing, and Linda Olen, president of the company.

The event kicked off with an explanation of the leadership team’s vision for 2016. The theme of the event was “The Raving Fan.” Michael Olen explained that his vision for this year is to create and implement the highest-quality customer service experience possible. Olen announced that over the next few months, he and the executive team will be rolling out several new customer service initiatives to achieve this goal that will revolutionize the state of customer service in the industry.

Over the past 40 years, the company has grown from a one-crew organization to a highly-regarded roofing business, so the leadership team believed it was necessary to reaffirm O’LYN’s commitment to their humble roots in light of their success and growth.

Olen explained, “Now that we have established a talented team of roofing specialists and customer service representatives, I no longer need to be in the trenches 24/7. I will be focusing on leading the company and setting it up for decades of success to come.”
