I had the pleasure of working with Jim Chamoun and Guy Rioux from O’Lyn Roofing. When we decided to replace our roof, we had many questions, and we were fortunate to meet Jim Chamoun from O’Lyn Roofing. He assessed the condition of my roof and identified potential issues. He kept us informed of the choices available and ensured that we will be satisfied with their work. Roofing projects were complex to us, and Jim came through being very understanding to our concerns. Throughout the project, Guy Rioux oversaw our project from start to completion. He kept us informed of the progresses and also ensured that I understand the choices they made. Even after we already paid in full, he still came back and went to great lengths making sure our bay-window roof was installed correctly. His expertise was evident in the workmanship. The final result of the roof was beautiful. The professionalism of O’Lyn staff is truly outstanding. I am confident knowing to first reach Jim Chamoun and Guy Rioux from O’Lyn in the future when I need a trusted partner in my roofing work.

I’ve used O’Lyn twice - once for the installation of an ice melt system and also for a new roof. They are wonderful to work with - from the initial consultation with Shawn to the material drop off, which was on time and kept tidy in the driveway, to the finish and final clean up. Recently I had asked them to come out to check something on the new roof. Steven came out and was very thorough.

I had rotting wood on siding gable near roof peak , seeping under roof, leaking into attic and ruining my ceilings below. Previous repair attempts failed, previous roofer declined to repair. O’Lyn personnel all knowledgeable and professional and solved problem. Job foreman Mark went above and beyond, with clear explanations to my questions.

O’LYN just finished a job on my 123 year old house. They had to reshingle a portion of the roof on my house and put a new roof on my barn where the roof was probably close to 50 years old. They also installed some gutters. John the main supervisor and crew manager Marco did an excellent job. John was very responsive to all of my concerns and questions. My job turned out to be a lot bigger and more involved than imagined and they handled the changes seamlessly. They were on time, put everything back like outdoor furniture and ring solar cameras and cleaned up debris and placed protective coverings where needed.
