Roof Replacement & Color Upgrade

The entire roof on this home was due to be replaced. It took the O’LYN crews roughly two days to remove the old shingles, replace any rotted decking, and reinstall an Owens Corning Architectual shingle. During the replacement, the flashing and ridge ventilation were also upgraded to ensure the home stays water-tight and comfortable. Overall, the new color of the roof dramatically increased the home’s curb appeal!
