Copper Gutters on Historic Home

This beautiful home is only allowed to have certain gutter types on it because it’s protected by historical zoning laws. Historic homes in Massachusetts typically have three options for gutters: fiberglass, wood, or copper. After consulting with one of our roofing specialists, the homeowner decided to install all new copper gutters and downspouts. The colors look great now but will continue to pop as the copper slowly fades into a greenish color.
