Summary of Coverage:
- 50 year– non-prorated period with 100% coverage for both material defects and labor to repair or replace the defect
- Lifetime workmanship protection which covers any application errors
- One-time transfer policy which may increase desirability of the house if you intend to sell in the future
- Under warranty, all tear-off and disposal costs are covered

GAF Golden Pledge Ltd. Warranty
Summary of Coverage:
- 50 year– non-prorated period with 100% coverage for both material defects and labor to repair or replace the defect
- Coverage of entire roofing system, not just shingles
- 25 year Workmanship coverage protection which covers any application errors
- One-time transfer policy which may increase desirability of the house if you intend to sell in the future
- 40-point factory inspection of the completed roof
- Under warranty, all tear-off and disposal costs are covered
